Q. What programs are available on the library computers?

The library has various computer programs installed to be used by faculty and students to complete assignments and projects.  The windows computers have programs geared toward productivity and analysis.  Whereas, the Macintosh computers have design and graphics programs on them.  All computers have Microsoft Office, and browsers.  Below is a list of the main programs available on the library computers.

Windows Computers

  • Microsoft Office -- Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word
  • SPSS Statistics
  • OpenOffice
  • Browsers -- Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Windows Accessories -- Paint, Snipping Tool, NotePad, etc.
  • VCL Media Player

Macintosh Computers

  • Microsoft Office -- Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Graphics Software -- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Dreamweaver
  • Browsers - Safari, Chrome and Firefox
  • Mac Programs -- Garage Band, image Capture, iMovie
