Q. How do I save links to articles and searches in ProQuest?

There are three ways to save a link to an article in a ProQuest database.

  1. Highlight and copy the address in the address bar of  your browser.  
    • The address bar, also known as the location bar or URL bar is located at the very top of the browser where the address for the current web page is displayed.
  2. Click on the Abstract/Details tab and scroll down to Document URL highlight and copy it.
  3. Click on the Email icon .  This allows you to send the your recent search, the citation and the pdf of the document to your email.

There are three ways to save your search in ProQuest

  1. Highlight and copy the address in the address bar of  your browser.  
    • The address bar, also known as the location bar or URL bar is located at the very top of the browser where the address for the current web page is displayed.
  2. In the upper right corner click on the dropdown Save search/alert
    • Select the link Get search link
    • A popup window will appear with the search link in it for you to copy/paste
  3. Save the search to your ProQuest account.  
    • In the upper right corner click on the dropdown Save search/alert
    • From the dropdown menu select Save search
    • If you do not have a ProQuest account, then you can create one.
