Q. How do I print from SPSS?

To print from SPSS, it is best to export your data to a pdf file.  Once you have your pdf file, then you will be able to print your file.

Instructions to save SPSS output to PDF file:

  1. Select File in main output window.
  2. In the drop down menu that appears select Export ...
  3. Under "Objects to Export" select All visible.
  4. In the Type... box in the "Document" area select  Portable Document Format (*.pdf) from the drop down menu.
  5. Choose a file name and a location in the File Name  box.  It is best if you save this to a flash drive so that you don't lose your data.
  6. Check the box Open the containing folder.  This will open the location where you saved your file.
  7. Click OK
  8. Open your file in Adobe Acrobat to print your file.Export Output Dialog in SPSS
